A journey of discovery into your own inner wisdom, this 8-week course was created to ease you into communication with your higher self. During each 2-hour session, we explore a variety of therapeutic and spiritual tools such as art expression, gentle yoga, guided meditation, drumming circle, walking meditation, ceremony, basics of nutrition and herbs in emotional wellness, among others. You are welcomed into this space to discover what resonates for you. With an intimate atmosphere with a maximum of 10 participants, this is a safe place for exploration and expression where you can find deep heart connection and healing.
