First time clients often report seeing the world and themselves differently after our session together. My passion is to help you live your best life, and I have built a deep well of knowledge and experience with which to do it. I believe in radical compassion and use various therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, somatic and energetic awareness, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Yoga, vagus nerve toning, and EMDR to create an individualized and integrated approach to healing.  I've witnessed some incredible transformations and am honored to be called to this Work.
